In all, 35 employees attend to the well-being of guests from around the world. And as you would expect from a restaurant in the capital, the team is as international as the restaurant’s guests, who truly feel the dedication and spirit demonstrated by the staff in their work.
The employees’ length of service shows how special the Restaurant Tim Raue is as a workplace: many staff members have been an integral part of the team for years – most notably, Head Chef Philipp Bendel, Restaurant Manager & Head Sommelier Raphael Reichardt, Guest Relation Manager Sabrina Klewer and the Assistance of the Management Cindy Kaymling.
